CO-FINANCING OPPORTUNITIES
Voice Pictures specializes in international financing and has done a number of UK co-productions; and brings a wealth of experience working with German media funds. As a Canadian company we have the ability to leverage multiple party, co-treaty arrangements with over 56 countries including South Africa, Australia, China, Germany, Spain, Japan, Italy, France, and Hong Kong.
Wendy Hill-Tout, CEO of Voice Pictures, is an advisor to the Aurelius Film Fund, a UK based fund for UK qualifying films able to provide 40% of the budget of a film for productions that shoot by April 2006, and a 2nd fund that is a private fund able to fund 2-3M U.S. into a production.
Shooting in Alberta is an attractive option and the Alberta Film Development Grant (Alberta Fund) program offers one of the best rebates in the country. The Alberta Fund can be combined with other Canadian and inter-provincial tax credits, however, we can also help to fund projects that will not shoot in Canada or Alberta because of location or other needs.
In the past two years Voice Pictures has participated in the financing of 15 TV movies and features for Fox, TNT, Touchstone, ABC Family and CBs, including Into the West with TNT/Dreamworks and Little House on the Prairie with Touchstone, and is currently in development on a slate of features with international financing.
